How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video
Two photos in, an 8-second performance clip out. No editing software and no video experience required.

Prepare two photos
Pick one photo per person. Each should be front-facing with a clearly visible face, even lighting and a simple background. Portrait crops work better than group shots, and the face should take up a decent part of the frame — the model takes the likeness directly from what you upload.

Upload them, left and right
Drop one photo into the left slot and one into the right. That placement decides which side each character performs on in the finished clip. You can swap them before generating.

Generate the video
Press the generate button. The system builds an 8-second, 16:9 clip from your two images. Renders are not instant — depending on queue depth a generation can take anywhere from a few minutes to around twenty. The page keeps checking on its own, and you can safely close the tab and come back to it.

Download or share
When the render finishes you get an MP4 you can preview in place, download, or copy a link to. If a generation fails, the credit is refunded to your account automatically.
Why a generation might fail
Unusable source photo. If a face is turned away, extremely small, heavily filtered or obscured, the model may struggle to keep the likeness. Trying a clearer photo usually fixes it.
Provider capacity. Renders queue. A generation that appears stuck is usually still progressing, which is why the page keeps checking for a while before giving up.
Content rules. Providers run their own moderation. Material they decline cannot be generated regardless of settings.
In every one of these cases the generation is marked as failed and the credit returns to your balance, so a failed attempt does not cost you anything.
